All bedrooms are en-suite with showers, air conditioning, TV and are furnished to ensure complete comfort. The apartments are located less than five minute walk from the main guest house. 40 Winks is a short walk from the city centre and world-famous attractions, such as Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront. Other nearby attractions include Cape Winelands, Cape Point, and Kirstenbosch.

Please note that the apartments are not located on same property as main guest house, but less than five minute walk down Main road. Please note that rooms are only kept until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Bookings cancelled up to 30 days after confirmation are subject to an additional service charge. Extra charges apply for check-ins before 14:00, after 21:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends. There is also a late fee for arrivals later than 00:00.
