Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Please note that you must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Standard credit card pre-authorisation charges will apply. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment for the deposit. Please note payment on all international credit cards may be charged in the foreign currency.
