The complex features an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. All apartments have laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has a spacious seating area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and CD player. Please note that this property has a strict “No Party Policy”. Parties are not permitted on the premises at any time. All visitors must depart the building by 22:00 each night. Guests or visitors found to be having parties in their apartment, creating excessive noise within the complex, or exceeding the maximum number of guests in their apartment, will be evicted without notice. No refund will be given and any further incidental costs incurred for damages to the property will be charged to the guest. Under no circumstances are any items to be hung, thrown or dropped from balconies or windows. Any breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction from the property and no refund will be given. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with Mastercard or Visa credit card. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express, Diners Club or Union Pay credit cards. Please note that apartments are serviced every seventh day from the date of check in. Additional servicing is available upon request for an extra charge.
