Boulevard North offers fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, ideally located oceanside on Broadbeach in the Gold Coast. All apartments have sunny balconies and stunning ocean views. Guests enjoy unlimited free WiFi in their apartment. Some apartments also offer air-conditioning. Boulevard North Holiday Apartments is just a short walk from cafes/restaurants, shopping centres, Broadbeach Bowls Club, Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre. The theme parks Dreamworld, Seaworld, Warner Bros. Movieworld and Wet & Wild are all within a 30-minute drive away. Surfers Paradise is a 25-minute walk away. Guests can laze around the heated outdoor pool, or rejuvenate in the spa or sauna. You can enjoy a game of tennis, or use the BBQ area, an idyllic venue where you can have an alfresco meal with family or friends.

Please note that not all apartments have the capacity for air conditioning. You can request air conditioning in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. If checking in after hours, valid photo ID must be presented the morning after your check-in day. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
