Watermark Caloundra offers absolute waterfront accommodation with free unlimited WiFi. All accommodation offers a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Each floor is accessible via elevator. Free domestic phone calls are included. Located in the heart of the city centre, Watermark Caloundra is 10 minutes’ walk from Bulcock Beach. Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo and Sunshine Coast Airport are each a 30-minute drive away. Guests can relax in the BBQ area, or seek travel advice at the tour desk. Caloundra Watermark also offers free on-site parking and luggage storage facilities.

Please note the property will be undergoing wash-down and repainting from 20 February 2017 to 3 April 2017. There will be some noise associated with this work, however it will not be continuous and the tradesmen will do their best to ensure the least interference with guest's stay. As scaffolding is not being used, water views will not be affected. Watermark Resort Caloundra is a completely non-smoking resort. Smoking is strictly prohibited on unit balconies and in all common areas. Dedicated indoor and outdoor areas are provided for smoking guests. Please note that this property requires full payment at check in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be the same card used for the deposit. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in (drivers license, passport, proof of age card). This ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00 Saturday 9:00-15:00 Sunday 9:00-13:00 Check in is available 24/7, to arrange after hours check in, please contact Watermark Caloundra prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, all motel rooms and apartments are serviced weekly. Extra services, towels or linen changes are available for an additional charge. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. The number of roll-away beds are limited and in rare cases, the property may only be able to supply a mattress with no bed base. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with parent or an official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted. All motel rooms and apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. A security deposit of AUD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
