Summer Villa is ideal for a range of water sports including diving and jet skiing, as well as island and dolphin watching excursions. Situated on Maafushi Island, it offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Basic rooms provide both air conditioning and a fan. A dressing table and a minibar are provided. Attached bathrooms have hot/cold shower facilities. Staff at Summer Villa Guest House can arrange for airport transfers from Malé International Airport. It takes a 30-minute speedboat ride or a 1.5-hour ferry ride from the airport. Leisurely afternoons can be spent on sun loungers or exploring the island on a bicycle. Added conveniences include a 24-hour reception, tour desk and packed lunches. Summer Villa Garden Restaurant serves fresh seafood, Western dishes and Maldivian delights.

Please note that guests must advise arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Transfer is available by ferry or a speedboat. Costs of the transfer shall be paid directly to the hotel. Travel by ferry takes 1 hour 30 minutes and costs USD3 per person per one way trip. It is available from Monday to Thursdays only. The ferry departs Male at 14:30 and returns from Maafushi at 07:30 the next morning. Transfer is also available by speedboat. Hiring a speedboat takes only 30 minutes travel time. A 24-hour advanced request is required if guests wish to rent a speedboat. The guesthouse is located in the local island of Maafushi. Government regulations require that guests do not wear bikinis or similar swim wear while in Maafushi. However, the guesthouse will arrange trips to picnic islands for guests where these restrictions do not apply.
