All guests must provide the following information 3 days before arrival: - Full name - Passport number - Nationality - Date of birth - Vietnam visa expiry date (if applicable) Upon check-in on board, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. If you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian), please inform the cruise before departure. Cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions. In case of bad weather on the departure date, the cruise will be cancelled by Halong Bay Local Port Authority. A free 2-way shuttle between Ha Noi and Ha Long is provided. To board in Ha Noi, guests must provide their contact details, hotel name and address. The shuttle will arrive at guests' hotel at 07:30 - 08:00. To board in Ha Long, guests must make their way to Royal Harbour (500 metres from Bai Chay Harbour). The cruise departs at 12:00. Please note that a USD 40 per room surcharge will be imposed on Christmas Day (25 Dec), New Year's Eve (31 Dec) and the eve of the Lunar New Year.
