Located opposite the University of Cyprus Campus and close to Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia, the adults-only UC Hall Residence features an outdoor pool, fitness centre and a Costa café. Its modern and self-catered accommodation offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The soundproof studios consist of a fully fitted kitchenette with a stove, microwave and cooker hood. All the units have an LCD satellite TV, dining area, desk, armchair and bean bag chair. Guests can relax on the sun terrace surrounding the pool. A game room is also available that includes table tennis and billiards. Drink and snack vending machines can conveniently be found on site. UC Hall Residence provides free private parking that is situated on the premises. A bus that can transfer guests to the city centre, stops just right outside of the property.

Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry situated in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals).
