Free on-site parking and home-cooked breakfasts are also available. Tregarthen’s well-equipped rooms each feature a DVD player, fridge and free tea and coffee. Every room has a private bathroom, whilst in-room safes are also provided. Scenic Porth Beach is 10 minutes’ walk, and the famous Eden Project is a 40-minute drive. Newquay Rail Station is a 15-minute walk from the house, whilst the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk away. A choice of full English, vegetarian and continental breakfast options are on offer each morning in the bright, airy dining room. Tregarthen’s guests are also within a 10-minute walk from the town's restaurants and bars.

Please note that breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:15 in the mornings. Breakfast trays can be supplied on the night before, if an earlier breakfast is required. Payment for the first night's stay will be taken upon booking. When booking or prior to arrival, please provide an estimated time of arrival at the property. Later check in is available with prior arrangement. Please note that the guest house does not accept single-sex groups. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties.
