Use of an iron, microwave, hairdryer and laundry facilities are available on request. A continental buffet breakfast is served and can be taken in the dining room or garden. A cooked breakfast is available at no extra cost. Many cafés and restaurants are within short walking distance of The Strand. O2 Academy Bournemouth is just a 5-minute walk and features many live music concerts. Splashdown Water Park is a 20-minute drive and includes 12 water flumes, an indoor pool and an interactive water play area for under 8s.

The property reserves the right to refuse entry to such parties, if they have not booked the entire property. Parking at the hotel is limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis.
