Just 100 metres from Estoril’s beach and the sea, Villa Unika offers bright and air-conditioned rooms. It has a garden with a barbecue and an outdoor pool with sun-lounger terrace. The spacious rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a tea/coffee maker. All rooms have a private, marble bathroom and some include a spa bath. Most rooms have a private, furnished balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of Villa Unika. Lisbon International Airport is 30 minutes by car, and a shuttle can be arranged on request. Casino Estoril is a 10-minute walk away and the train station offering direct access to Lisbon is just over 400 metres away.

Please note that arrivals before 15:00 or after 21:00 are only possible by prior arrangement. Villa Unika Lisbon Coast has a special agreement with the "Banyan Tree Spa" located 2km away from the guest house (free shuttle is offered). Guests can consult Villa Unika's reception to know the special conditions. Massages in the room are available, extra costs are applicable. Children must be supervised by the parents, especially due to the swimming pool area, lake, balconies and valuable antiques inside the house. Damages will be subject to a penalty. Please note that the property is open all year, except on December.
