These chalets enjoy a quiet location in the Tyrolean Ötztal valley, 3 km from the centre of Sautens and 6 km from the Hochötz Ski Area. A riding stable, a natural bathing pond and a spa area are available on the property. Each of the Ferienhäuser Ötztal has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Fresh bread rolls can be provided on request every morning. In summer, you can enjoy barbecues in scenic green surroundings, ride on the horses and children can have fun on the playground. The Ötztal-Ferienhäuser are an ideal base for mountain biking and hiking trips.The guest house has it's own swimming lake and horse riding facilities, available for guests free of charge. The village of Ötz is 6 km away and the Aquadome spa in Längenfeld is 15 km away. As from December 2015, the stop of the free ski bus is right outside.
