Set in a 12th-century building, Freigut Thallern is a traditional vineyard property in the Thermenregion wine area, featuring stylishly decorated rooms, as well as its own wine shop and a restaurant with a courtyard terrace. With free wired internet connection and satellite TV, all rooms offer a modern interior and a view of the surrounding landscape. Each unit is en-suite, comprising a shower or a bathtub. The breakfast room, where guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, and the restaurant, which serves regional cuisine, are both in a dislocated building 50 metres away. Special menu dishes are available upon request. The town centre of Gumpoldskirchen is 20 minute away on foot. City & Country Golf Club Richardhof‎ can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The city centre of Vienna, which is 20 km from Freigut Thallern, is a 40-minute train drive away. A train station is a 5-minute walk away. Shuttle service from and to Vienna International Airport is offered for a charge upon request. Free private parking is possible on site.

Please note that guests arriving between 20:00 and 23:00 receive their room key at Klostergasthaus at the entrance of Freigut Thallern. Later arrivals are possible on request only.
