Casas Bioclimaticas Iter features a complex of modern design villas located 50 metres from the sea. The villas are surrounded by a wind farm and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes’ walk away. Each villa boasts of natural light and has been carefully decorated. It features a lounge area with sofas and a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It also offers a terrace with garden and sea views. Villas at Casas Bioclimaticas Iter feature free Wi-Fi and some of them include barbecue facilities. Bed linen and towels are also included. Tenerife South Airport is 10 minutes’ drive away. You can drive to Teide National Park or Santa Cruz de Tenerife in less than 50 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are changed during this cleaning service. Water and electricity are included in the price. Please note that for stays of 14 days, guests will have to change to another villa.
