Only a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Train Station, the completely non-smoking Guest House Iki provides free Wi-Fi, a free-use kitchen and rental bicycles. Opened in 2012, it offers air-conditioned Western, Japanese and dormitory-style rooms with a shower. Rental bicycles offer a fun way to explore the temples and city of Nara. Kofuku-ji Temple and JR Nara Station are each a 10-minute walk from the property, and Todai-ji Temple is 2 km away. Kansai Airport is a 100-minute bus ride. Dormitory rooms have Japanese-style futon bedding on bunk bed frames. Futon bedding is also used in the Japanese-style rooms, paired with a traditional tatami (woven-straw) floor. Towel rental is available with an additional charge. Private rooms have an en suite toilet and shower. A microwave, fridge, electric kettle and stove are available at the shared kitchen. The reception can store luggage. No meals are served. Children under 5 years are not allowed. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only.
