Hakuba Meteor Lodge is a 13-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station, and a 2-way shuttle is provided. It offers barbecue facilities, free parking and free Wi-Fi access. The Lodge is a 7-minute ride from the Hakuba Museum and a 10-minute drive from Happou One Ski Field. There is a shuttle to various skiing places around the Hakuba area, and the schedule can be requested from the front desk. Guest rooms offer both air conditioning and heating facilities. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub. Lodge Hakuba Meteor has hairdryers, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge. There is also a computer station and the usage is free. The annex building features a shared kitchen, while the main building does not. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room. An advance reservation will be required to enjoy these meals.

To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made on day in advance. The hotel offers free shuttle service from Hakuba Station between 12:00 and 20:00. To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking and/or make a phone call to the property when arrived at Hakuba Station.
