These spacious, fully-equipped villas feature gardens and a private outdoor swimming pool. They are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Son Bou, 2 km from the beach. There is a safe and TV with DVD player and satellite channels. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hob and toaster, as well as a fridge and washing machine. There are 2 or 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. A supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are 1.8 km away in Son Bou. There will also find a chemist, discos and a pool with a tobogan slide. The villas are about 25 minutes’ drive from the centre of Maó and the ferry port. The airport is 20 km away. Son Bou Scuba diving centre is just 15-minute walk away. The beach is 2 km away.

Please note that the villa is delivered cleaned, with fresh linen and towels. Every 4 days, towels are changed and a minor clean is included. Every 8 days, towels and bed linen are changed and full clean is included. Guests staying for a week or longer will receive a free welcome pack of food on arrival.
