Surrounded by 17 hectares of Kangaroo Island natural forest, Western KI Caravan Park offers air-conditioned accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. Visitors to Western KI Caravan Park & Wildlife Reserve can enjoy a hike through the forest surrounding the park. Many guests see Australian wildlife such as a koala, kangaroo or possum. You are welcome to self-cater or use the shared kitchen and covered barbecue area. There are spacious shared bathroom facilities and a self-service laundry. Gas tank refills are available. A seasonal on-site shop sells basic essential items, ice and fishing bait. A selection of Kangaroo Island wines are also available. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the Flinders Chase National Park. The Cape du Couedic Lighthouse and Remarkable Rocks are both a 40-minute drive away. It is 7 km from swimming and fishing at Hanson Bay Beach.
