It is located on the River Farm which also contains an outdoor dam for swimming. The property is self-catering and has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. It has a private bathroom with both a shower and a bath. There is a barbecue for a traditional braai. Guests can explore the valley by bike or on foot. The farm contains native wildlife and fishing is possible in the river. The nearest town of Calitzdorp is a 15-minute drive away and free private parking is possible on site. Oudtshoorn is a 50-minute drive from The Old School House cottage.
