A koi pond and vegetable garden are on-site at this Santa Rosa cottage. A fully equipped kitchen and a furnished patio are available for guest use. Santa Rosa town centre is 10 minutes’ drive away. A separate dining area and barbecue facilities are available in the Wine Country Cottage. Guests can feed the farm animals then gather their own farm fresh eggs and enjoy breakfast with gourmet coffee and tea. A living room with cable TV and a DVD player is also included. Free Wi-Fi is provided. As a gift to guests, Wine Country Cottage offers a wine country map and coupons for free wine tasting to select local vintners. Free private parking is available. The Russian River Brewing Company is less than 15 minutes’ drive from the Wine Country Cottage Santa Rosa. Healdsburg is just 11 miles away. Bodega Bay is 45 minutes’ drive from the property.

50% payment of the total room reservation cost is due following booking. The owner will call and email guest to clarify desired payment arrangements. We accept payment by check at no charge. If you prefer to use a credit card there is a 3% convenience fee. Credit card information collected at booking will only be used once guest has authorized this method of payment with the owner. Property address will be provided by owner upon making deposit. Property is located on Linda Lane. Address will be provided by owner upon making a reservation. Please inform property as to how many children under 18 will be traveling in special requests. Pre-payment can be made by sending a check (no fee), or by a credit or a debit card (credit card: 2.5% fee, debit card: 1.5% fee). A check or credit card pre-authorization of USD 100 is required as a security deposit and will be refundable after cleaning is completed. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
