Lynwood House is a family-run Victorian guest house situated 5 minutes’ walk from historic Bath city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Thermae Spa and the city’s picturesque Georgian buildings are all within a short walk of the property, as well as Bath Spa’s coach and train interchange. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, fresh towels, and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at Lynwood. Free parking permits are available to all guests upon prior request. Lynwood House does not serve breakfast, but many cafés and restaurants can be found within a short walk of the property, where guests can enjoy leisurely dining in the city's cultural surroundings.

All arrivals at Lynwood House must be arranged in advance. If you do not arrange your arrival, you will not be able to gain access to your room. Guests can arrange their arrival at any time up until 18:00 from Monday to Friday and up until 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Arrivals after this time must use Lynwood’s easy self-service check-in service. This must be arranged beforehand via email. Please note that payments can only be made in cash.
