Located on a hilltop overlooking the valley and ocean, Rocky Hills Retreat is surrounded by 250 acres of native Tasmanian forest. It features barbecue facilities, a fireplace, a fully equipped art studio and 3 private balconies. You can draw, paint or sculpt in the art studio; or relax in the outdoor bathtub. The property also offers free Wi-Fi and a library. The modern house features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It also has a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. Luxurious bathrobes, slippers and free Avalon toiletries are included. Muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon are provided for your entire stay. The gourmet minibar includes eye fillet steak, sausages, chicken, bocconcini, cheeses, olives, crusty bread, soup, pasta and sauces (additional charges apply). Rocky Hill Retreat Swansea is 10 minutes’ drive from Swansea, and 45 minutes’ drive from Bicheno. Hobart is a 1.5-hour drive away. The property is run on solar-power.
