Located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, this property is just 3.5 km from the beach. It offers a sauna, a steam bath and a fitness centre. You can also enjoy the indoor and outdoor, heated swimming pools with slides and water sports facilities. Le Bois Masson provides independent mobile homes with a furnished terrace. All of the accommodations are made up of 2 or 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a private bathroom. You can prepare meals using the mobile home’s kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, hotplates and a fridge. There are also a microwave, a barbecue and a dining area. Le Bois Masson also has 2 bars, a restaurant and a supermarket. Other facilities include a children’s playground, a table tennis and a tennis court. A billiard table, volleyball court and bicycle rental feature on site. Kid’s clubs, a laundry and free private parking are also provided.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool opens from the end of April until mid-September. Please note that children less than 1 metre high are not allowed to access the water slides. Please note that bath and bed linen are not provided but can be rented at the property. Baby cots, baby baths, highchairs and strollers are also available to rent. Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that a EUR 130 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. A security deposit of EUR 380 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
