Situated in the centre of San Sebastián, Pension Nuevas Artes is just 10 minutes’ walk from the famous La Concha Beach and the Old Town. Rooms include private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. The décor has rustic touches such as stone walls, yet rooms are painted in bright colours. They are heated and include a flat-screen TV. A laptop is available to borrow free of charge. Some rooms have a balcony and some are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. There are many bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the guest house. Reception staff can provide tourist information and recommend restaurants. San Sebastián’s train station is around a 10-minute walk from the guest house and trains go to both Madrid and Barcelona. The EuskoTren Station, for trains to France, is less than 100 metres away.
