Centrally located 800 metres and a 10-minute walk away from JR Hidatakayama Station West Exit, Hida Takayama Guesthouse Gekka features affordable accommodation and free WiFi. The lounge offers a free-use PC and complimentary Japanese tea. Guesthouse Gekka is a 10-minute drive from Hida Minzoku Mura Folk Village (Hida no Sato), as well as from the Takayama Jinja Shrine. The Shin-Hotaka Ropeway, featuring spectacular views from double-decker gondolas, can be accessed a 30-minute drive away. Shirakawa Village can be also easily accessed by bus.
