Ideally situated holiday destination to explore the area of Le Marche and visit the Adriatic beaches. This holiday home is part of a villa which comprises three spacious holiday homes. Two years ago the owner restored the villa with great care. The spacious accommodation which we contracted exclusively for you has its own covered terrace blessed with a splendid panorama of the hilly surroundings with many vineyards and olive yards. In the garden of ca. 4000 m2 you can relax in the garden chairs by the communal swimming pool with hydro massage and outdoor shower. After an active day out or a lovely lazy day by the house you can sit on your own outdoor terrace and enjoy a home made meal with a glass of delicious local wine about which the owner (also a wine farmer)can give you lots of information.

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
