With an outstanding seafront location, Villa Ana Margarida Beach is located between Ribeira D'Ilhas and Ericeira beaches, both 1 km away. It features Gaudí-style architecture and offers an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Vila Ana Margarida’s accommodations have a nautical-theme décor offering a unique charm. All houses come with a fully equipped kitchen, and some have an equipped top floor terrace. A washing machine is available, for guests' convenience. There is an honesty bar at the property offering drinks and snacks, and guests can enjoy a drink by the outdoor swimming pool, while relaxing in one of the sun loungers. For dining opportunities, there are plenty of seafood restaurants in a 1.5 km radius. There are plenty of surf schools in the vicinity, as well as other water sports activities. Ericeira’s centre offers food markets, art galleries and pottery/tile shops for guests to explore, a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is offered on site. Villa Ana Margarida Beach is a 20-minute drive from Lisbon. Sintra with its winding streets is 24 km away, and the National Palace of Mafra is a 14-minute drive away.

Please note that the cleaning services, as well as the change of linen and towels, is done once per week. Guests will be charged 30% (non-refundable) of the total price if they cancel after reservation, and a further 20% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. Please note that cleaning is done every 4 days. Please note that breakfast service is available, at an extra cost of EUR 8 per adult and upon previous request.
