A damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded between 2 and 3 days after departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked, by bank transfer. Please note that it is not permitted to hold parties at the villa. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
