Villa "Cassou" is located 1.5 km from the centre of de la Croix-Valmer, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. The accommodation has private grounds of 2'800 m2, swimming pool angular, with privacy, fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 250 - 170 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) and with built-in steps. Your room can be cleaned on request (extra paid). It is possible to park your car in the grounds in an individual garage. The following facilities are in the surrounding: shop 1.5 km, grocers 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, sandy beach "Du Débarquement" 1.5 km, tennis 1.5 km. Please note that a car is essential.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Cassou in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
