This villa is located in a quiet position on a slope, in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea. For private use there is grounds of 1'800 m2 (fenced) with a garden, an outdoor swimming pool of 11 x 5 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, opened from 01.04. to 31.10. with built-in steps. There is an outside shower. In the house you will find air conditioning and burglar alarm. Motor access to the house. Parking space is available in the grounds. In the villa with 2 levels you will find facilities like an open fireplace, electric heating, bar, satellite-TV, video and DVD. The living/dining room has exit to the garden. The terrace of 350 m2 with terrace furniture, barbecue and deck chairs has view of the sea and the port. Other facilities are a washing machine and a safe. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. The shower on the ground floor is a hydromassage/multijet shower. Within 2.5 km you can find several shops, restaurants, tennis and grocers. Riding stables is in 3 km and there is a golf course 10 km away from the accommodation. Please note that a car is essential.
