Offering a private outdoor pool, a garden with palm trees and 2 covered terraces, El Sueño is located in Altea. The town centre and the beach are 10 minutes' drive away. Surrounded by orange and almond trees and vineyards, the house is distributed over 2 floors and has attractive views of the countryside. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor features a covered terrace, a lounge with TV and fireplace, and a dining area. There is also a kitchen, an additional toilet and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The upper floor at El Sueño features 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a rooftop terrace. Outside the house, guests will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and an outdoor shower. A washing machine, bed linen and towels are included. El Sueño has 3 free parking spaces.

Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 49 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages.
