Located in the heart of downtown Kyoto, Aoi Kyoto Stay provides 6 non-smoking machiya Japanese townhouse accommodations in different locations. Guests at each townhouse can experience authentic lifestyle. Some houses were built about 100 years ago, and they have undergone renovations while preserving their original charm. Featuring a Japanese garden and many antiques items, 2-storey Aoi townhouses offers free Wi-Fi within the property. They are fitted with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a humidifier. A kitchenette comes with a fridge and a microwave. All the townhouses include a large en suite bathroom and free toiletries. Breakfast meals with local vegetables and freshly baked bread can be delivered to the property at extra charge with a reservation made 3 days in advance. Alternatively guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchenette.

Please note that the entire property is strictly non-smoking. You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel. A staff will wait for guests' arrival at the property. There is no check-in counter. Please note that the property will charge 100% of the total stay upon booking (See Deposit Policy). The refund will be given in case of cancellation according to the cancellation policies, and no adjustment will be made regarding the currency exchange rates.
