The holiday house is situated in the heart of Chianti Classico. The house is attached to the owner's house on 1 side only. It is set in the grounds of the farming estate of 24 ha and has a private angling lake in 500 m. The farmhouse is situated 1.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti and located by a road. In the house with two levels you will find facilities like satellite-TV and an electric coffee machine. The living/dining room has exit to the loggia. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. For shared use there is a natural garden and an outdoor swimming pool of 5 x 9 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, opened from 26-05 to 08-09. The garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. In the house there is Wireless LAN [WLAN] and a washing machine for shared use. Parking space is available in the grounds. Within 50 m you will find the bus stop. There are restaurants in 1 km and shops 1.5 km away from the accommodation. Please note that the photograph is a typical example.
