The seafront Villa Kivotos offer direct access to the sandy Lothiarika Beach, just outside of the centre Pefki Village. These semi-detached villas boast an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi throughout and a shared garden area with a small chapel. Enjoying panoramic views of the Aegean Sea from its terrace and balcony, the split-level accommodation consist of an open-plan living, dining and functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Each offers a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning in every room. A variety of restaurants, café-bars and shops can be found 1 km from Villa Kivotos. Rhodes Airport is an hour’s drive from the property. Complimentary BBQ facilities and private parking are provided onsite.
