Please note that, from Monday to Saturday, the Lake Project Agency is open from 09:00 until 12:00, and from 15:00 until 18:00. On Sunday, it is open from10:00 until 12:00 , and 17:00 until 19:00 on Sundays. Please inform the property in advance if you arrive outside reception opening hours. Please note that the apartment must be left clean, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The first set of towels cost EUR 5 per person, the first set of bed linen costs EUR 10 per person. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Lake Project - Via Cassoni 28, 38067 Pieve di Ledro. Please inform Residence Silvana in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
