Sussy Residence is a mountain-style property set on Laresei Saline slopes, part of the 3 Valli ski area. Located 8 km from Falcade and at a height of 1900 metres, it features a wellness centre, free gym and games room. Offering views of the ski slopes or mountains, the studios include a kitchenette and a satellite TV. Breakfast is a sweet and savoury buffet, while the à la carte restaurant is open at lunch and dinner. Here you can enjoy local specialities such as grilled meat, polenta and fresh tagliatelle pasta with mushrooms. Residence Sussy is ideal for all seasons, next to the cable car for skiing in winter and near Parco dell'Alto Agordino for hiking in summer. The gym has specific weight machines for building up your ski muscles. You can treat yourself to a steam bath, sauna or hot tub in the wellness centre.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and bar. Wellness facilities are available from 19 December until 31 March. Access comes at an extra cost. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
