It's a single-family house. 1.8 km from the centre of Milo, 12 km from the centre of Giarre, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 10 km from the sea. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach 10 km. The house is surrounded by a large orchard. The caretaker lives in a separate house, on the same grounds but a few meters away.
