Holiday Home Bungalow Avola is located on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Avola, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea. The 3-room house 50 m2, on the ground floor has a living/dining room with access to the terrace. The kitchenette includes four hotplates, oven and a freezer. Private bathroom comes with a shower, bidet and a toilet. You can enjoy a view of the sea, the garden and the countryside. For shared use: fenced grounds, outside shower, an 80-m2 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Parking on the grounds is possible. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 20 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Surrounded by the green garden and ornamental plants and direct access to the sandy beach through the private gate from the sun terrace of the 80m2 with the beach umbrellas, tables, sunbeds and the shower that clients can use. Excursions on the motorboats (extra), fishing (extra).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
