Opened in March 2013, Fukuoka Hana Hostel is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the popular Nakasu area and the Canal City shopping mall. It provides free in-room Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and internet PCs. Bicycle rentals are available. The hostel is a 5-minute walk from Nakasu-kawabata Subway Station, and a 15-minute walk from JR Hakata Shinkansen (bullet train) Station and Tenjin Subway Station. Fukuoka Baseball Dome is a 25-minute drive away. Hana Hostel Fukuoka provides a spacious lounge area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. The common kitchen includes a large fridge, a microwave and cooking stoves. Free coffee and tea can be enjoyed. Each bunk in the dormitory rooms come with a bed light and a personal safe. Japanese-Style private rooms are fitted with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon bedding, while other rooms feature bunk beds. Towels can be rented. No meals are served at the property.

The property's door is open from 08:00-14:00 and 15:00-22:00. Please let the property know in advance if you are planning to arrive outside the opening hours. The property will contact you and tell you how to get in. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to stay in the dormitory rooms. Guests under 18 years of age must stay with a guest of 18 years or older in order to stay in private rooms. Guests can use the property's common space before the check-in time (15:00-). Luggage can be left at the luggage storage room, as well. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise level to a minimum in the shared areas. Please note this property is a hostel, and guest rooms do not come with free toiletries. Guests are required to prepare their own bed linen.
