Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the villa on the day of departure. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by 2 persons of at least 21 years of age. Please inform Villa Emma in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
