Overlooking the sea or the gardens, the individually designed rooms and suites are decorated in white and lime. With elegant glass furniture and stylish tables and chairs, the spacious rooms have a flat-screen Freeview TV and an en suite bath or shower room. The city of Brighton is home to numerous cafes, restaurants, and pubs. LimeHouse guests are also welcome to dine on takeaways in the rooms. Centrally located, the LimeHouse is just 1 mile from Brighton Railway Station. East Brighton Golf Club is just 35 minutes’ walk away. Brighton’s Royal Pavilion and the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery are within an 8-minute stroll.

Please note that the LimeHouse does not serve breakfast. Early or late check-in can be arranged in advance and extra charges are applicable. Please note that there is no reception or check-in after 20:00. Guests are required to provide 24 hours notice for early or late check-in, in order for the property to arrange a night porter. All rooms can be set up with twin beds for a supplemental charge of GBP 10 per night. Please advise the property in advance using the Special Requests section when booking. Please note that deposits are charged within 7 days of booking. Deposits for groups of 6 or more will be non-refundable. Guests who lose keys or forget to return these on departure will charged a penalty fee. Any damage caused will also be charged to the guest.
