Barbecue facilities are provided and private parking is possible on site. The chalet also offers a ski storage room. A restaurant which is open during summer is 150 metres away. Further restaurants can be found in Tschagguns and the self-catering chalet is 10 km from Bludenz. Hiking and mountain biking is possible in the area surrounding Ferienhaus Konzett Kilian. During winter, cross-country skiing trails start right next to the building. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach a local public pool and a golf course.
