All apartments have a lounge and dining area, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. Each Terrace includes a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

For group bookings of 2 or more apartments, guests must sign and send back waivers agreeing to the 'No Party Policy' and 'No Noise Policy'. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of AUD 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
