You can complete your check-in procedure at the ‘Machiya Residence Inn Check-in Desk’, which is located a 3-minute walk from Kyoto Station. For further questions or concerns, please contact the management company directly. The total price of the booking will be charged on the day of booking. If guests cancel the booking, part of the charged fee will be refunded in accordance with the property's cancellation policy. Please contact the property in advance if guests wish to use a baby cot.
