Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 100 per week. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 14,25 per day. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 800, to be charged in the case of damages. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucía (Alicante). Please inform Casa Rufina in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
