The listed city tax (Kurtaxe) is the maximum per person per night, and may be lower for younger guests. Apartments are only cleaned during stays longer than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be requested at an extra cost. Beach towels can be hired from the property for a small fee. Please note that from 08 January 2017 to 07 April 2017 the property offers limited restaurant services. During that time, guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the restaurant Windflüchter or at the neighbour hotel Iberotel. Please note that due to an event on 31 December 2017, certain areas of the property will only be available to paid participants of the event. Guests who wish to participate are recommended to make a reservation in advance.
