For our clients we have a beautiful newly built villa, on the south-eastern side of the island, in a unique and panoramic location, just 50 meters from the small sandy bays Felciaio, that can be easily reached on foot and at about 500 meters from the famous sandy beach ofLido di Capoliveri. The house is brand new and equipped with every comfort, located in a quiet and private location, just meters from the sea. The living area consists of large kitchen, well equipped with large fridge, oven and microwave and a small living room with a very comfortable and large corner sofa and TV. In the sleeping area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, TV. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The furniture is new, very comfortable and refined in details. Outside, the garden has a comfortable space equipped with table and chairs for dining, as well as sun chairs and barbecue.

Important information

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Please note that utilities are charged according to consumption. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
