Stausee Reservoir and Clausthal-Zellerfeld city are within a 20-minute drive from the Paul Lincke Residenz. The Waldfriedhof Cemetery, Paul Lincke’s final resting place, is 20 minutes away by foot.

The city tax (Kurbeitrag) is not included in the rate. Additional charges may apply. Free towels and bedding are refreshed once a week free of charge. More frequent changing could entail an extra fee.
