The villa has a large verandah equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and separate kitchen. The property is about 5 km outside Capitana, where guests can find supermarkets, shops and other services. Cagliari is a 30-minute drive away, and an airport shuttle can be organised upon request.

In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit. Please note that a deposit of EUR 500 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please note, the swimming pool is only available in summer.
