Residence Mediterraneo is in the centre of Caorle and provides free parking. It offers air-conditioned apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette. The Mediterraneo Residence faces east and so gives you beautiful views of the sunrise. It is only 100 metres from the beach where guests have discounts on sun loungers and parasols. There is also a free public beach. The residence was built in 2005 and has 12 apartments over 5 floors. The apartments have tiled floors, a washing machine and kettle for tea and coffee.

Check-in takes place at Agenzia Cocal real estate agency, located in Piazza Papa Giovanni 10. Check-in after 19:30 should be arranged in advance and will take place at Villaggio Hemingway - Via Firenze 27, Caorle. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property at an extra charge of 8 EUR per person or bring their own. Please inform Residence Mediterraneo in advance of your expected arrival time.
